Are You Praying for Healing?

Have you ever been in a situation where someone you love desperately needs healing? You don’t have money, there is no present help, and you’re hurt to see your loved one suffering.

If you are experiencing this, you should hear the story of Nestor Quilat, who had both his kids rushed to the hospital.

No doubt that a parent’s love for their children is beyond measure. Many parents say that they would do anything to give their kids a good and healthy life. So, you could imagine how hard it was for Nestor to see his children suffering.

When both of his kids’ temperature spiked up, Nestor hurriedly brought them to the hospital, and found out that Deborah has a blood clot that needs to be removed. Meanwhile, Job’s fever reached 43 degrees hot. They both have dengue.

This could have been easier if they only had the money to buy all the medications needed, but at that time, they only had Php 1,000 to spend. Nestor was helpless, but his faith was strong.

As the hospital bills increased and the cost of medicine became almost unreachable, Nestor held on to God more than ever before. Even in a comfort room, he kneeled and prayed to God even harder.

“Lord, You are the one who gave me my children. I will serve you, I will bring my family to serve you if you let my children live,” he said in his prayers.

Whether in the hospital or at home, Nestor prayed unceasingly. He remembered watching The 700 Club Asia even before his kids got sick. He would often join the hosts in their prayers for healing.

Strongly believing in the power of prayers, Nestor did not hesitate to ask his pastor to pray for Deborah and Job. After that, he had a hope that God would hear his cries.

He was not wrong.

A few days passed and the prayers for his kids were heard. When he got to the hospital, the doctor confirmed that Deborah’s blood clot was gone, and Job is now doing better.

The blessings did not end there. A close friend of Nestor came and asked about what happened to his children. Just as Nestor was settling the money concerns before leaving the hospital, he found out that the bills had already been paid.

After this miracle, just as promised, Nestor taught his kids how to read the Bible and pray. At this moment, his family is serving God by ministering to the street children.

“The Word of God changed our lives and gave us direction,” he said.

Are you praying for healing right now?

The Lord is your great doctor. There is nothing more powerful than His healing hands.

In desperate times, cling to Him more and pray. Ask Him for help.

Ask for His intervention so He can show you His healing power.

“And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.” (James 5:15 ESV)

What Do You Do When You Don’t Know What to Do?

Maybe you are faced with a major problem. Maybe you have a big decision to make. Maybe you are questioning God why you have to suffer this way.

Not only do you not know how you got into this situation, but you don’t know how to get out of it either.

Now you’re asking yourself, what do you do when you don’t know what to do?

Rebecca Solis could relate to that helpless feeling.

Rebecca’s life turned upside down when her husband died in 2016. As a widow who had zero experience in managing a direct selling business, she did not know what to do.

Although it pained her to see how the fruits of her husband’s labor started to crumble, she had to let go of it. She had to close down the business.

Just when she thought it’s their lowest point, life delivered another blow.

One month after her husband died, her son got involved in a car accident.

Grief. Financial lack. Growing bank debts. The widow tried to stay strong amid all the grief and troubles. She tried to sell their house so their family can survive. But when she did not see any hope, she eventually reached breaking point.

She desperately cried to God.

“I was so desperate. Many people inquired, but no one bought our property. So I prayed, ‘Lord, I need to sell this house. Please reach out to people who will prosper me with this property. I surrender. You are in control,” Rebecca recalled.

What about you, what do you do when you don’t know what to do?

Where do you find comfort?

Little did Rebecca know, God will comfort her weary heart through a show.

“I watched The 700 Club Asia and saw the hosts praying, ‘God is opening doors that have been closed for your life for so long. I am commanding the blessing to come to you! Receive it now.’

Startled yet amazed by what she heard, Rebecca exclaimed, “That’s me! God was talking to me. I claimed that prayer because I knew it was for me!”

From being clueless and helpless about not knowing what to do, Rebecca now knows which path to take. That is to surrender everything to Jesus Christ and have faith that He will make a way.

God surprised Rebecca. Just two months after that prayer, their property was sold—allowing them to settle all their debts and start anew. Until now, Rebecca is in awe of how God opened doors of opportunities for their family.

“All our debts were settled because of my faith in God. He is faithful. Nothing and no one can stop Him from giving what He wants for us. That’s how much He loves us,” Rebecca said.

After witnessing how the miraculous hand of God worked in her life, Rebecca’s faith grew stronger than ever.

She couldn’t help but praise God in all that she does. She started serving God’s ministry as a discipleship leader—passionately sharing God’s saving love to others and blessing those who are in need.

“Millions worth of money cannot buy the peace and joy that I experience now. I trust the Lord fully and I know He is with me even though my husband passed away,” she shared.

If you’re in a challenging, hopeless, or uncertain situation right now, Rebecca has a good reminder for you.

“We count our blessings every day. Also, watching The 700 Club Asia is a huge part of my spiritual journey. God introduced me to that show to comfort me. I learned that no one can help us better than Jesus,” Rebecca ended.

One thing is clear: Rebecca did not know what to do. Thankfully, she ran to God and asked for His help.

When you don’t know what to do, ask God.

Find comfort in the truth that you can always run to Jesus and ask for His help. Ask for His divine protection to rescue and cover you. Ask His miraculous hand to bless you. Ask His loving heart to comfort you.

Ask, and expect for answers. Have faith that your God is about to open doors for you. Believe that you will be comforted and that He will lead you to the right path.

Be ready to receive your blessing.

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7 NKJV)

Do You Find It Difficult to Give?

When it seems that we don’t have enough for ourselves, we might find it challenging to give to God. But Joy’s story proves that if we remain faithful to God, He will take care of us and provide all our needs.

Joy Adler fell victim to financial fraud and learned that she owed the bank $14,000, which totaled to around 720,000 Philippine pesos. Someone had stolen her personal information and used her credit card. Unable to pay her debt, Joy and her husband, Don, decided to file for bankruptcy.

Joy had worked two jobs, but she still does not earn enough for their needs.

Are you in a similar situation right now?

Don’t lose hope. Trust in God’s plan for your life! He sees you and He will take care of you, as He did with Joy.

While staying with her in-laws, Joy had the opportunity to go to church and, eventually, accept Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. She also learned about The 700 Club, which she now considers as her second church.

Joy discovered the importance of tithing as well. So despite having very limited resources and sometimes even relying on food stamps, Joy and her husband gave to God’s ministry as much as possible.

Things were getting better as her in-laws helped them move to a new apartment. However, another problem came when their car broke down.

Joy admitted that she was not regularly giving to God at that time. But God spoke to her, saying that she had to surrender everything to Him.

What is God telling you right now? Are you willing to obey and trust in Him?

As for Joy, she listened to God and decided to give faithfully. It was when they prioritized God that they began to rise above their situation.

Don, her husband, got a new job which pays a lot better than his former job, and their family got the opportunity to move to Michigan.

Despite Don’s car accident which resulted in 4 months of absence from work, they continued giving to God. “I’m still giving my tithes faithfully. That’s why I’m not worried about what’s going to happen because God’s Words are true. I hold on to His promises,” she said.

She continued watching The 700 Club and chanced upon a story of a single mother who could not provide for her two kids. It broke her heart, so she called and partnered with The 700 Club.

As they continued to give to God faithfully, God also blessed them abundantly. They were able to pay their bills, buy a new car, and move to a bigger house.

“Give and trust the Lord. He will provide. Whatever happens, He will take care of you,” she encouraged.

You can experience God’s boundless blessings too. Fully surrender your life to God and trust Him completely. He blesses those who are faithful to Him.

2 Corinthians 9:7 says, “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

Are you waiting for a financial breakthrough from God as well? Believe that God can provide for you and your family.

Our prayer counselors at the CBN Asia Prayer Center are always available to listen and pray for you. You can reach us at 8-737-0-700.

Will God Hear the Cry of My Heart?

Even when she’s living in lack, Hazel Jane Tayao did not just desire to receive blessings. Her heart longs to bless others. She wants to be a channel of God’s blessings.

Ironically, generosity sparked in her heart during her greatest need—when she felt hurt and insulted.

Have you ever felt so hurt and insulted in your helplessness and lack? Maybe, it was not the intention of the giver to hurt you but the way the help was given somehow caused insult and hurt.

Hazel knew that feeling. She struggled to make ends meet as she and her husband used to depend their survival through selling peanuts on the streets.

Since they were just earning a meager income, they were also used to receiving leftover foods from other people.

As much as she wanted to be thankful, there were times that she felt so hurt as they were given foods that were on the verge of spoiling.

This led her to promise that when the time comes that she would be able to help, she would never ever make others feel disrespected through her giving.

If you, too, have a heart to give and be a blessing, believe that the Lord will use you to be His instrument of hope and favor.

Years passed, she and her husband reaped the fruits of their hard work. They were able to move to a decent home, have regular jobs, and start a small retail store.

Yet, as they started a new chapter in their lives, the pandemic happened.

Anxiety started to creep in as she was faced with a lot of financial responsibilities while their income became unstable. Their small business was not profiting.

Like Hazel, did you struggle with anxiety during this pandemic?

Allow the Lord to intervene and show you His miraculous ways. It is never easy, but it is always worth it when we let God move on our behalf and entrust Him all our cares.

That is how Hazel experienced God. In her worries, she chanced upon the live streaming of The 700 Club Asia on Facebook.

In her time of need, she was moved to donate through the Facebook Stars feature of the page.

That moment inspired her to give more to the ministry so she can help more people in need.

“Whenever you give and see where your donation goes, it’s very fulfilling, knowing that it reaches far places. Even if you donate just a small amount, it still feels overwhelming because you have participated in reaching out to our kababayans in need,” Hazel shared joyfully.

Hazel started to give to the ministry since then. And God did not disappoint Hazel. Through her generosity, she experienced God’s power to multiply.

Right after she donated Php 500 via a 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosk, she started having clients, their store started to make profits, and she was able to settle all her financial obligations.

“Thank God for He has granted my desire to donate more than the Facebook Stars!” said Hazel.

Indeed, what 1 John 5:14 (ESV) says is true: “And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.”

The Lord hears the cry of our hearts, and He grants its desire as we seek Him.

If you desire to be blessed and be a blessing, know that it is God who planted that desire. For He is your Maker, and He has created you to enjoy His fullness and be a blessing to the people around you.

Do you want to experience God and His transforming power over your life? All you have to do is to accept Jesus into your heart.

And if you want to be a blessing and help communities in need, we welcome you to partner with us!

Do you want to witness more life-changing testimonies of miracles, breakthroughs, healing, and hope? Watch The 700 Club Asia Live TV Special, “Better Together in Truth” every midnight, February 21 to 25, 2022 on GMA Network and The 700 Club Asia Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Are You Praying for Healing and Financial Breakthrough?

If you are praying for healing and financial provision, Miraflor Mardo understands how you feel.

The pandemic has caused struggles in the lives of many Filipinos and Miraflor wasn’t exempted to that.

Before the pandemic, Miraflor has already been blessed by the ministry of The 700 Club Asia. With her heart for God and people, she committed to regularly giving Php 1,000 to CBN Asia every month.

However, a great trial began when she and her husband tested positive for COVID-19. For two days, Miraflor looked for hospitals—begging and hoping for assistance and help. Sadly, none of the hospitals were able to accommodate them.

The situation seemed so hopeless. But despite the fear and worry she was feeling in her heart, she chose to put her faith in God and started reading her Bible.

She felt her perspective changed when she read Joshua 1:9, which says, This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Are you in a hopeless situation too? Be strong and courageous!

Just like Miraflor, believe that you are not alone. God is with you. Come to Him in prayer and ask God to help you in your difficult situation. With God, nothing is impossible!

After reading the verse, Miraflor cried as she was filled with hope and encouragement from God’s Word! She went to her husband and said, “This is God’s promise to us. He will never leave us. He will be with us wherever we go!”

True enough, miracles started happening for Miraflor. Her former co-worker recommended her to a hospital where they were accommodated right away.

Thankfully, Miraflor heard the good news that her lungs were in good condition and that she doesn’t have to be admitted as a patient. It wasn’t just Miraflor who experienced a miracle, her husband started to recover, too!

God’s power and miracle didn’t end there.

The couple received God’s favor through the health card coverage of her husband and an amount of almost half a million was slashed off their bill! After 11 days in the hospital, the couple was declared COVID-free.

“If you trust in God and you are faithful to Him, giving God what is due to Him, He will not abandon you. Giving back the portion that belongs to God is very important,” Miraflor said.

Do you need health and financial breakthrough, too?

As Matthew 6:33 says, Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need.”

Now is the time to seek God and see the wonderful things He can do in your life.

Start your journey with Jesus now by accepting Him in your heart.

overcome debt

Are You Drowning in Debt?

Did the pandemic give you a huge financial struggle?

The current situation has forced a lot of people to lose their jobs and businesses. It caused many people to resort to loans and drown in debts. Florence Puagan was not exempted from it.

Before the pandemic, she was dependent on her rice and feed supply business in the province. But after the restrictions were imposed and several food establishments were closed, it affected the farming industry. Not long after, her only source of income had to close, too.

overcome debt

With a family to feed and support, Florence was left with no choice but to borrow money from the people she knew. Her debts kept increasing to a point where she could not pay anymore. So, she had to leave her family to work as a teacher in Thailand.

overcome debt

However, things didn’t go well as planned. There was an anomaly in the agency she was under. Her salary wasn’t released, and she was jobless for 30 days.

Apart from it, her stress worsened when she received threats from the people she owed money to—saying they would file a case against her, bother her mother, and take away her things at home.

All alone and far from her family, Florence considered it as the lowest point of her life.

With nothing left to do, Florence went online and came across The 700 Club Asia’s YouTube channel.

overcome debt

That day, the show was about a testimony from someone who already lived in a pig pen but was able to overcome extreme debt.

overcome debt

This gave her hope. It made her realize that God helps the people who had worse problems than her. Thus, He can also help her, too. She began praying and lifting her problems up to God.

“God asked me, ‘Florence, do you love me?’

That was when she realized that she kept on carrying the burden alone and failed to recognize that God is the greatest provider.

overcome debt

She continued watching The 700 Club Asia and because she was blessed by the show and the lessons that it brings, she started giving 1,500 pesos to the ministry.

overcome debt

She found her hope in the Word of God through the shows, claiming that she understands now that the Lord is the source of everything and giving back to Him is the highest form of worship.

Not long after, she found a new job that pays more than her previous earnings. Her 1,500 pesos donation was multiplied to around 15,000 pesos.

Not only was she able to pay all her debts, but she can now provide for her family in the Philippines.

“Before, I was so anxious, I couldn’t eat or move. But now, I am full of hope, strength, and peace of mind,” she shared.

She has seen that God’s plan is not only to help her pay her debts, but also to give her time alone to realize what He really wants to teach her in this difficult time—to trust in Him.

As Proverbs 3:5-6 say, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Are you drowning in debt, too?

If you are dealing with a heavy financial problem, come to God. Ask for help and lift your burdens to Him. He is the great provider, and He will be with you through it all.

Lost in a World of Despair—Is there a Way Out?

Are you entangled by poverty and hopelessness?

Do you feel stuck in your current situation?

Hang in there.

You might be in a rough place right now, but there is a way out. You can find a new life—just like how Angela Villamar found her new beginning.

Growing up in poverty, Angela was used to living in scarcity. But when she had children, her life changed tremendously. She couldn’t allow her children experience hunger. They deserve to go to school. They deserve a better life.

Sadly, she saw drug dealing as the quick fix to her problems.

It was not an easy decision for Angela to become a drug dealer. But when she and her husband couldn’t get jobs, she had nowhere to go.

“I knew it was dangerous. I knew my life was at risk. The only thing that I could think of was how I would support my children, so I had to rely on dealing drugs,” Angela recalled.

What about you, have you ever compromised your life for the people you love?

Angela did. Desperate to survive, she got lost in an abyss of drugs in exchange for money.

Thankfully, God intervened and provided an opportunity for her to break free from the shackles of destruction. One of Angela’s daughters took her to Japan and asked for her help in taking care of her grandchild. It rescued her from the illegal drugs industry.

“It was God’s will for me to come to Japan to keep me away from my worldly past,” she shared.

While in Japan, Angela’s daughter encouraged her to watch The 700 Club Asia. Witnessing the stories of transformed lives, she wondered if God could change her, too. That night, she prayed with the hosts and surrendered her life to Jesus.

“If God changed the lives of other people, He could do the same for me. So I prayed, ‘Lord, forgive me. I’ve made mistakes,’” she reminisced.

It was the start of a brand-new life. However, it has not been an easy journey. She was falsely accused of fraud when she ventured into a new business back in the Philippines.

Confident that she was innocent, Angela surrendered her situation to the One who is in control of everything: God. She also sought prayers through  CBN Asia Prayer Center.

“I sent a prayer request about my case, for God to help me overcome this problem. They would respond and encourage me to surrender my worries to God and He will take care of it,” she said.

Like Angela, do you trust that God will take care of all your needs?

Experiencing God’s comfort through the ministry, Angela decided to give. Money used to be a problem but now, she sees it as a tool for helping the distressed and glorifying God.

Unceasingly—that’s how Angela prayed as she faced the 5 counts of fraud filed against her. On the last day of the hearing, her miracle came.

“I stood up when the judge called my name. I couldn’t hear nor understand what he was saying, I was just praying. Then I heard the word ‘acquitted.’ It was as if God whispered to me, saying He’s giving me another chance to change my life.”

Overwhelmed by the forgiveness and freedom she received, Angela couldn’t help but praise God for His unconditional love.

“I realized that I didn’t have to do anything illegal, God will provide everything we need. I thank Him for He’s been so good to me. I will never forget how He changed me and how He pulled me out of my past life,” Angela ended.

Are you overwhelmed by your current situation?

Jesus can make a way to free you from any hopelessness. Whether you’re lost in a world of drugs and despair, He can always rescue you, as you call upon His name.

You are not alone in your battles. God cares for you because He loves you.

“Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.” (Psalm 55:22 NLT)

Can God Restore Broken Relationships?

Do you have a broken relationship with your loved ones? Are you unsure whether God can still work miracles and restore your situation?

Let Helen and Napoleon’s story inspire you!

Although the couple have been together for 34 years already, their relationship was not exactly a happy marriage. Napoleon’s repeated verbal abuse hurt Helen and made her feel worthless.

Helen decided that she needed to be alone to regain her respect for herself. Still, she continued praying not only for herself but also for Napoleon.

Helen believed that what her husband really needed was to have a proper relationship with God.

“My prayer at the time was not for us to be reconciled, but for him (Napoleon) and God to be reconciled,” she said.

Helen was lonely and in pain during their separation. Thankfully, she found comfort in God through the CBN Asia Prayer Center. For her, the prayer counselors felt like a family who would listen and pray with her.

Do you pray for your loved ones too?

Remember that God hears your prayers!

Helen did not know that as she continued to get closer to God in prayer, God was already working in transforming Napoleon’s heart!

Napoleon realized that he needed to be humble and talk to Helen to understand each other. He reconciled with God and received wisdom on fixing his relationship with his wife. Napoleon began courting Helen again, treating her to restaurants and telling her he loves her.

Are you waiting for God’s restoration in your life as well?

Believe in the truth that nothing is impossible with God! Helen and Napoleon’s testimony proves that only God can truly change hearts and restore relationships!

Everything that happened to Helen and Napoleon was part of God’s perfect plan. With God at the center of their relationship, Helen and Napoleon now enjoy and understand each other better.

Like Helen and Napoleon, you can experience God’s miracles in your relationships as well! Always trust in the truth that He is faithful and powerful over any problem.

Do not forget to pray for your loved ones, too! Ask God to work in their hearts and transform their lives.

As God’s Word says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to Himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” (2 Corinthians 5:17-18)

what are the 5 love languages

There are 5 Love Languages, Which One Do You Speak?

Do you feel most loved when people say they appreciate you?

If so, your love language is probably words of affirmation. If you believe that actions speak louder than words, then you could be speaking the love language of receiving gifts.

But what are love languages, really?

After many years of marriage counseling, Dr. Gary Chapman authored the book The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love That Lasts and suggested that there are 5 love languages in which people understand, give, and receive love.

And because different people feel love differently, experts believe that knowing your love language would help you communicate love effectively.

Which among these 5 love languages do you speak?

what are the 5 love languages

1. Words of affirmation

Do you like hearing an “I love you” or receiving genuine compliments? Do you enjoy kind words and encouragement? If yes, then this is your love language.

While many people long for affectionate words and affirmation, words mean more deeply to you. You feel most loved when you hear that you are loved.

2. Quality time

If you value full and undivided attention above all else, quality time is your love language.

This means you appreciate one-on-one time with the TV off, people not checking their phones every 2 minutes, and just spending a meaningful moment with the ones you love.

what are the 5 love languages

3. Receiving gifts

Sure, a lot of people like receiving gifts but there are people who love receiving gifts above all else.

If you belong in this love language, gifts mean more than just material things to you. It doesn’t matter whether you receive a luxury watch or a pint of your favorite ice cream. You see the love, effort, and thoughtfulness that go with that special gift.

For you, it’s not the cost, it’s the thought!

love language

4. Acts of service

This could be your love language if you feel appreciated when people do nice things for you.

To you, it does not always have to be grandiose. It could be as simple as helping you with the dishes or lending a hand during a stressful task.

Acts of service make you feel loved and cherished in any relationship. You appreciate any favor, huge or small. Every intentional or random act of service goes straight to your heart.

what are the 5 love languages

5. Physical touch

Are hugs, holding hands, or other affectionate touches most important to you? Perhaps, physical touch is your love language.

People who identify with this love language prefer physical contact over words or gifts. A touch on the arm or a massage at the end of the day mean a lot. To you, being touchy-feely makes you feel loved, cared for, and appreciated.

Which love language resonates with you the most?

Whichever of these you most strongly identify with, it is good to note that understanding their differences can make a serious impact on your relationships, Verywell Mind concludes.

what are the 5 love languages

God speaks your love language

Someone who is committed to following God’s call of loving people would make use of these love languages not just to receive love, but to share it in meaningful ways.

Even so, God’s love is not limited to 5 languages.

He speaks a “love language” that no one can see, hear, nor understand fully—unless He blesses them (Matthew 13:16-17).

And as you discover how you can speak love to yourself and to the people around you, may you be reminded that it can only be done with the Source of love (1 John 4:7). May you be comforted that God speaks your love language, and He speaks it fluently.

“So that the Messiah may live in your hearts through your trusting. Also I pray that you will be rooted and founded in love, so that you, with all God’s people, will be given strength to grasp the breadth, length, height and depth of the Messiah’s love, yes, to know it, even though it is beyond all knowing, so that you will be filled with all the fullness of God.” (Ephesians 3:17-19 CJB)

Do you feel like nobody loves you?

Do you find it hard to express love to the people around you?

Do you want to experience God’s boundless love?

Are You Praying for Financial Breakthrough?

Jing Ramirez was, but she wasn’t praying only for herself. She was praying for financial blessings so she can bless Christian missionaries.

It’s perfectly okay to pray for financial blessings. Who doesn’t want to be debt-free and financially capable?

In fact, God wants to bless you exceedingly, abundantly!

God is ready to bless you, but apart from personal gain, the real question is: Why are you praying for financial breakthrough?

Jing found her answer to that question when she met her husband Dan. An active member of their church, Dan was committed to support missionaries even in lack.

“There was a call for giving towards overseas missions but that time, my husband didn’t have any money. The only thing that was left to his name was his beloved motorcycle. Before leaving for Manila to work, he donated his motorcycle to the church,” Jing recalled.

This obedient gesture encouraged their whole church to start supporting missionaries, and inspired Jing to have a heart for missions too.

As the couple grew in love with each other, with God, and with missions, their trading business grew exponentially.

“I prayed, ‘Lord, if You are going to call us into missions, I pray that You give us the courage to say yes. But if not, we are also willing to give and to pray,’” Jing shared.

Until the day comes when their generosity was tested.

Their business started to dwindle—and eventually went bankrupt. Left with nothing but faith that God won’t forsake them, their family went home to Bacolod to start a new life.

How about you, do you feel like your faith is also being tested whenever you experience financial struggles?

How do you overcome?

Jing and Dan responded with prayers and obedience. Despite their financial problems, their commitment to the ministry remained unshakable. They faithfully endured the test and continued supporting their brothers in sisters in the mission field.

Jing’s budding love for the ministry grew deeper when she was invited to a Missionary Training Program by the Asian Center for Missions (ACM)—the missionary training arm of CBN Asia. Hearing the stories and struggles of missionaries tugs a string in her heart and inspired her to give.

“When ACM encouraged us to support missionaries, the Lord put an amount in my heart. It was way beyond our means, so I prayed about it. He confirmed that I should give that amount,” Jing said.

Though the couple didn’t ask for anything in return, God honored their faithfulness!

Their journey of giving started with a single motorcycle, and now, God blessed them with a motor apparel store in Bacolod. Their business venture is success defined, as it became the main supplier of motor and bike apparel in and out of the country!

“The Lord really provided way beyond what we were expecting,” Jing testified.

Even though Dan passed away years ago, Jing continues their legacy of giving to missionaries who devote their lives in sharing the gospel to the nations.

She continues to pray for and give to missionaries with pure joy in her heart—knowing full well that every peso she gives goes toward a cause that is important to God.

“There’s a bigger mission field outside! If we do not give, how would people know about the Lord? So I’m glad that there’s ACM who we could trust, who brings the fund to where it is needed most,” Jing ended.

Like Jing, are you praying for financial breakthrough so you can bless others?

Do you wish to support missionaries in sharing God’s saving love to the world?

You can do it in the comfort of your own home by giving to ACM or supporting the entire CBN Asia Family of Ministries!

Meanwhile, ACM will conduct another Online Missionary Training Program this February 2022. The program is open to Filipinos and non-Filipinos worldwide, ages 23 to 60 years old.

If you are called to do missions and you want to be equipped, register now through this link. For more information about the training, visit ACM’s Facebook page.
