Reaching the Most Neglected and Disadvantaged People

Do not withhold good from those who deserve it when it’s in your power to help them. (Proverbs 3:27, NLT)

Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines (OB), the humanitarian arm of CBN Asia, was established in 1996 to reach out to the most neglected and disadvantaged people in the Philippines. Since then, it has demonstrated the love of Jesus through charitable works, inspiring change, and uplifting the nation by alleviating poverty and hopelessness — one person, one family, one community at a time. OB does this through its programs for healthcare, children, disaster response, infrastructure, water and sanitation.

OB received recognition from the Armed Forces of the Philippines as “NGO of the Year for Peace Efforts” in 2002, 2003, 2006, and 2007. It also received recognitions from its partners: the 702nd Infantry Brigade of the Philippine Army in 2012, the Civil Military Operations Group of the Philippine Navy and Manila Water Foundation in 2015. OB was nominated in the 3rd St. Vincent de Paul National Awards from Adamson University in 2014 for its contribution and efforts in organizing medical missions and disaster response programs directed to help the poor and underprivileged in the country.

Thank you very much, Operation Blessing, because despite the distance, the rough roads, and the hard trail, you reached out to us and blessed our community.
