Do you struggle to give when you barely have anything left?
Dina Sison’s story proves that our resources do not come from our own ability, but from a God who faithfully cares and provides.

It all starts with having a heart like God’s. Dina was encouraged to join CBN Asia after watching The 700 Club Asia and seeing the ministry’s humanitarian efforts.
It inspired her to become a volunteer at CBN Asia while teaching preschoolers and working in a production company full time, until God opened a permanent position for her in 2024. As Dina enjoys her job, God started to use her in His Kingdom building.

In one of CBN Asia’s all-staff gathering, Dina believes God spoke to her through the guest speaker, Maloi Salumbides.
“Invest on others and invest on eternity by being a faithful partner of your own ministry,” she recalled.
This made a mark on Dina’s heart as she realized she can be part of the cheerful givers supporting the ministry’s mission to share Jesus and help others.

When God calls you, do you instantly respond, or do you find it hard to obey?
Dina wanted to obey wholeheartedly. However, where there is spark, there can also be the wind that quickly blows off the fire in one’s heart.
Though she wanted give and support the ministry, bills and expenses kept piling up. She worried that there won’t be enough left for her daily needs.
This worry came from one of her trials in the past – when her mom had an eye operation and they were not financially ready.
“I don’t want to worry again about where to get the needs of my mother,” Dina shared.

Thankfully, God works in mysterious ways. As she walks in the dark, God met her, became her light, and helped them get through this tough time.
This trial became a reminder and a promise from God that she held on to.
“God provided for my mom, He can do it again,” Dina declared as she reminds herself of what God promised.
“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19 NIV)
With joy and courage from God’s reminder, Dina committed to give monthly to CBN Asia.

God honored her obedience. He blessed Dina through her relative, who provided enough funds to support her trip to Japan for her cousin’s wedding.
The blessings did not stop there–God also used Dina to bless others, one of them being her sister, who went on a mission trip to Japan.
“Even if we are lacking, the Lord will never run dry in providing for us,” Dina testified.
