Equipping teachers and pastors with the tools they need to impart biblical truths to children, CBN Asia recently conducted its first-ever Superbook K-GEN (Kingdom Generation) Vacation Bible School (VBS), in the ACM Training Room, on February 15.
Teaching the younger generations about the Bible has always been a core mission of CBN Asia Family of Ministries. From the very beginning, the pioneers of this ministry have placed the next generation at the heart of their vision.
The event welcomed 47 enthusiastic participants, who previously availed of the Superbook K-GEN VBS Kit. They learned how to maximize its use in their churches.
The training, facilitated by Icko Gonzalez, CBN Asia’s Head for Superbook, and Norman San Juan, Curriculum Coordinators for Superbook, featured engaging teaching demonstrations and interactive group activities. The participants expressed their enjoyment, highlighting how the hands-on approach helped them gain valuable insights from fellow kids’ ministry teachers.
The energy in the room was noticeable as they explored the jam-packed resources included in the VBS Kit, which will help them teach timeless biblical lessons to children.
With hearts full of excitement, the Sunday school teachers are now ready to implement what they’ve learned, bringing the message of faith and salvation to the next generation.
