Proclaiming God’s transforming love!
The 700 Club Asia, the flagship television program of CBN Asia, bagged this year’s Paragala Pang Kapakanan, a Traditional Spiritual Program Award in the recently concluded Paragala: The Central Luzon Media Awards held on August 28.
CBN Asia’s President and CEO Peter Kairuz received the award during a virtual ceremony.
In his acceptance speech, Kairuz emphasized that it is in trying times like these that people need to know the love of Jesus as they go through life difficulties.
“We tell people about the love of God by showing the true stories of those who have personally experienced the love of God in the midst of their miseries,” he shared.
Even during this pandemic, The 700 Club Asia continues to produce shows that feature testimonies of people whose lives have changed after encountering the saving love of God.
“Despite the constraints, we continue doing what we have been mandated to do. That is proclaiming Christ, transforming lives,” Kairuz said.
Above all, Kairuz emphasized that it is only through God that The 700 Club Asia is able to continue doing its mission.
