Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) CEO and CBN Asia Founder, Gordon Robertson, met the organization’s faithful partners, known as Pillars, for a meaningful afternoon of worship, thanksgiving, and prayer at Makati Shangri-La, last June 28.
Almost 31 years ago, in 1994, Robertson established CBN Asia in the Philippines. Since then, the organization has grown and thrived through God’s provision and the generosity of its supporters.
The 700 Club Asia hosts Peter Kairuz and Joyce Burton-Titular served as masters of ceremony, while Reverb Worship PH artist Joselle Feliciano led the audience in a powerful time of praise and worship.
The Pillars also witnessed inspiring presentations that showed how CBN Asia, through their partnership, is reaching various parts of Asia and beyond to share the gospel.
Robertson then gave a deeper look into the work of the organization, highlighting how many lives are being transformed and how many people are coming to faith through CBN Asia’s ministries. He also encouraged the organization to expand its reach to other Asian countries, such as Japan.
He emphasized that in these challenging times, it’s more important than ever to work diligently so that everyone can hear about God.
The Pillars were encouraged by testimonies from The 700 Club Asia viewers—stories of how they encountered God, found a church community, and grew in their faith.
As they reaffirmed their commitment to the ministry through continued giving, they were serenaded by opera power couple Byeong In and Rachelle Gerodias-Park.
Kairuz then led a heartfelt prayer for the organization, its Pillars and their offerings, and those who have yet to come to faith in Jesus. Kairuz, together with Robertson and friends Paul and Ashley Lackie also prayed for the partners.
CBN Asia’s beloved partners were in for another surprise treat! Mr. Pure Energy, Gary Valenciano, together with theater artist RJ dela Fuente, graced the event with uplifting worship music.
Adelaida Sta. Ana, a faithful CBN Asia Pillar since 2018, shared her deep gratitude for the ministry. She regularly calls the Prayer Center whenever she needs support, drawing strength and encouragement through the prayers. Witnessing how God moves through the organization inspires her to keep giving.
“When God blesses you, you should also be a blessing to others. God gave me these blessings not just to keep for myself, but also for other people who ask God for help,” she said.
