Mary Ann Tiu knows exactly how you feel. Her life seemed perfect on the outside—she grew up in a comfortable home, finished a good degree, built a successful business, and had a loving husband and children.
People around her thought she had it all. But deep down, she knew something was missing.
Behind her success was a heart quietly aching. She often felt anxious and restless. The joy she once found in her success slowly faded, and even in her marriage, she found herself struggling. She longed for peace, something that no achievement or possession could give.

One night, while watching television, Mary Ann came across The 700 Club Asia. Host Peter Kairuz was sharing about peace and marriage, and the message spoke to her heart. The words felt personal, like God Himself was inviting her: “Come with Me.”
She prayed along the host and accepted Jesus in her life. Moved by what she heard, she called the CBN Asia Prayer Center and pledged ₱10,000.
A week later, she received a Bible from CBN Asia with her name engraved on the cover.
“I felt so special. It was like God was telling me, ‘This is for you. Read Me,’” Mary Ann recalled.
As she began reading the Bible, a new hunger grew inside her, a longing to know God more.
A friend invited her to a Bible study, and there she finally felt the peace she had been searching for. Her husband, who used to drive her there, eventually joined her too. Slowly, they both experienced growth in faith.
Today, Mary Ann faithfully serves in her church and partners with CBN Asia, where she is recognized as one of its “Pillars.”
“I look back from where I started, that’s why I will never forget this program, The 700 Club Asia. It’s always in my heart. I will continue to be one of its donors. Until my last breath, I will serve Him,” Mary Ann committed.
