The 700 Club Asia, CBN Asia’s flagship program and the longest-running Christian TV show in the Philippines, offers a fresh new format for its viewers starting July 1.
Hosted by Peter Kairuz, the program will shift from its traditional format of showcasing multiple true-to-life, dramatized stories every weeknight to a more focused approach—featuring one compelling testimony explored through a weeklong, in-depth discussion.
“We are so excited about the new format of The 700 Club Asia, which is truly engaging! You can expect deeper insights about forgiveness, love, and the things we go through in everyday life. It also shows the hope of Christ, and how He can transform our lives,” Kairuz said.
This revamped format seeks to delve deeply into the life-changing journeys of individuals who found God, showcase the transformation in different areas of their lives, and challenge viewers’ perspectives on faith and relevant, relatable life issues.
The pilot week spotlights the inspiring story of Dick Umali, Vice Mayor of Tiaong, Quezon. Through powerful storytelling, re-enactment, and first-hand interviews with the testimony-giver and resource persons, it sheds light on the roots and consequences of gambling addiction, as well as the impact of marital infidelity on families.
Witness more stories of hope, healing, and redemption in The 700 Club Asia‘s fresh new format airing Monday to Friday, at 12 midnight on GMA.
