Oversees staff and volunteers, assigning duties during the shift, prepares reports, providing customers service, and does Prayer Center-related tasks.
- A personal relationship with Jesus and actively involved in a Bible-believing church.
- Spiritually mature (knowledge and application of God’s word).
- College graduate(Four-Year course).
- Ability to respond positively and pray for callers’ request/s and other needs using sound Biblical doctrines.
- Ability to communicate in a pleasant, professional voice over the phone
- Ability to handle unpleasant and stressful calls.
- Flexibility to adapt to change
