Do You Believe Your Suffering Could Turn Into a Miracle?

Have you ever faced a challenge so heavy that you felt like giving up?

Veronica did.

Battling an illness that drained her strength and stole her career, she once prayed not for healing—but for her life to end.

But God was not done with her story.

Raised by a strict military father, Veronica grew up suppressing her emotions and carrying silent anger toward him.

Veronica found comfort in watching The 700 Club Asia. One night, the program prayed for families.

“It felt like they knew exactly what I was going through,” she recalled. She reached out to ask for prayer for her father’s transformation. The prayer counselor assured her, “God is not yet done with your father.” Those words gave her hope.

Years later, God blessed Veronica with a loving husband and family. But in 2012, she faced her greatest battle. She was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). The news was heartbreaking for the family. Veronica often saw her husband, Frederick, crying and praying.

“I was asking God, ‘Lord, why? Why wasn’t it me instead?’” Frederick recalled.

As her condition worsened, Veronica got to the point of asking God to take her life just to end her suffering. But his husband kept her in his prayers.

While taking care of Veronica, Frederick continued to pray and found encouragement through watching The 700 Club Asia, where he heard testimonies of healing. Filled with hope, he called the Prayer Center, knowing there were people who would join him in praying for his wife.

“The prayer counselor reminded me of God’s promise that healing is already bought by Jesus on the Cross. And I felt God’s steadfast presence.”  He also declared Psalm 118:17 to his wife, “I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.”

Even when she felt hopeless, God finally answered Veronica’s prayers for her father. To her surprise, she experienced the love she longed for from him, who prayed for her alongside her mother. In that moment, she realized that God was restoring not just her health, but her family.

Soon after, the doctors told Veronica that she needed dialysis. Her doctor told her that her only hope is prayer. With unshakable faith, she surrendered everything to God.

During worship, she received a vision of her kidneys, healthy and whole. When she returned for treatment, the doctor was surprised that her body had recovered, and she never needed dialysis.

Because of what she experienced and how God moved mightily in her life, Veronica now gives faithfully to CBN Asia, hoping others will also experience God’s love. She is a living testimony to how powerful prayers are. Her life is proof that we have a miracle-working, powerful, and faithful God.

Do You Feel Rejected by the World?

“My doctor said I won’t get better anymore. I won’t be able to walk again, I’ll just live on.”

These were the words of Rosemarie Ape, when asked about her health condition. She had been diagnosed with polio—a condition that took away her ability to walk.

Have you ever felt that way? Experiencing the weight of your struggle that’s too heavy, glimpse of hopelessness, seems like the world has already shut you off. Rejected. Forgotten. Told that your story ends here.

But sometimes, what the world calls rejection, God calls redirection. An affirmation that your journey isn’t over—it’s just beginning.

Just like what happened to Rosemarie.

During Operation Blessing’s Mobile Medical Mission in Buhawen, San Marcelino, Zambales, The 700 Club Asia host Felichi Buizon and the team were struck by the arrival of Rosemarie—who entered not on foot, but by crawling. Her quiet determination spoke volumes, and captured everyone’s hearts.

When asked why she went to the medical mission, she shared her story.

“To relieve the pain, especially when working, my back, body, and stomach will hurt.”

Despite Rosemarie’s condition, her desire to live a normal, purposeful life remained. Her disability did not define her.  Through the loving support of her grandmother, she continues to work, tending to her plants and helping clean their home.

These simple tasks, though meaningful, were the ones causing Rosemarie physical pain. Amid the discomfort, her prayers have always been for daily provision, considering her current situation.

“I hope that when I wake up, there will be medicine, food… wheelchairs, things like that,” she shared.

Her prayers were answered—and you are one of the instruments God used to fulfill that prayer.

Through your continuous loving support and generous donation to CBN Asia, Operation Blessing was able to provide for Rosemarie’s needs, including medicine, groceries, and even a wheelchair. This vital aid now empowers her to do her daily activities, without disability holding her back.

Before leaving, Felichi Buizon had an encouraging conversation with Rosemarie, sharing the meaning behind her name—Rose for kagandahan (beauty), and Marie for minamahal (beloved).

“You are loved. The Lord loves your beauty,” Felichi said.

Amid challenges, Rosemarie still found the strength to see beauty in her situation. And that alone is a testament to how God deeply loves her. The world’s rejection did not define her—it affirmed that God sees her, protects her, and is always by her side.

Do You Trust God With Your Life?

“Lord, I entrust my life to You.”

This was the desperate cry of Meliton Mariano, a senior citizen from the remote island of Santa Maria, Romblon, as he lay on the operating table while doctors removed a dangerous lump from his body.

An operation he once thought impossible became reality when God intervened through Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines’ Mobile Medical Clinic.

Led by Brendan O’Leary and Brittni Woods of Operation Blessing International, the mission was made possible through the collaboration of local churches, volunteer medical professionals, and even the Philippine Coast Guard.

Beneficiaries received free consultations, treatments, and life-changing surgeries, where families who had long been without care finally received both medical help and spiritual encouragement. Children were treated, parents were cared for, and the elderly received the attention they needed.

“Remote communities like this rarely receive such care,” Brittni shared.

Brendan added, “We want each person to know they are not forgotten but deeply loved by God. We have always a clear message: that in spite of their suffering, there is a God who loves them, who cares for them, and He is the Great Physician and the Ultimate Healer.”

Among the many helped, Meliton’s story stood out. With gratitude, he testified.

“I entrusted my life to God during surgery. Operation Blessing is truly a blessing from the Lord.”

Thanks to donors like you, whose generosity made all this possible. Meliton’s story echoes a greater truth: God sees the forgotten, heals the broken, and uses His people to bring hope.

But many more “Melitons” are still waiting for healing and hope.

How Do You Get Back Up After a Storm?

What would you do after your home is fully flooded and your town is destroyed by a strong storm?

For Nanay Merced, her next step was unconventional. She remained hopeful.

If you are in the middle of life’s storms, her story will inspire you.

Non-stop rains hit Manila and neighboring cities last July 2025. This brought flooding, landslides, and destruction to different parts of Luzon. One of the communities struck by this calamity is Sitio Daang Tubo, Montalban, Rizal where Nanay Merced resides.

“Heavy rains could cause great floods in our area,” says Nanay Merced as Reverb Worship artist and Operation Blessing Philippines volunteer, Vee Jay Dela Calzada, accompanies her back home.

This is not out of the ordinary for members of the community in Sitio Daang Tubo, which is troubling. Whenever storms or typhoons hit, their area is almost always submerged in water, and life becomes difficult.

When faced with difficult situations, where do you run for refuge and strength?

For Nanay Merced, she ran to God, and He answered with a big blessing!

Operation Blessing Philippines acted quickly and brought relief items to Nanay Merced and other typhoon-affected families in Montalban.

Though overwhelmed by the calamity, hope came, and joy filled their hearts. Somehow, they felt that they are not alone. That they can get back up after the storm. That the sun can shine back again after the rain.

“There are countless times that we were flooded, but nothing compares to what Operation Blessing brought to us. Thank you for coming to our area,” Nanay Merced exclaimed.

Your generosity allows Operation Blessing to reach communities like Sitio Daang Tubo and bring relief, blessings, and hope to families.

“Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.” (Proverbs 11:25 ESV)

Consider partnering with Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines, the humanitarian arm of CBN Asia, so we can reach more families affected by calamities and offer not just relief, but renewed hope. Together, we can help rebuild lives, restore dignity, and remind those in crisis that they are not forgotten.

Does Real Love Still Exist?

Have you ever longed for a love that doesn’t leave, betray, or break you?

That was the pain that Edeline Orani carried for years. Empty pockets and an empty heart defined her childhood. She never felt her parents’ love.

So, Edeline searched for love through romantic relationships. It didn’t matter if she got hurt—or even if the man she was with was already married.

She had two children with a married man, but constant fights and pain tore them apart.

Edeline was left to raise her two children on her own… until she met a man who helped and supported her. The plot twist? He was also a married man.

But instead of feeling joy, Edeline was constantly overwhelmed with sadness and anxiety about their relationship.

Until one night, Edeline saw The 700 Club Asia on TV and was inspired by stories of how other people’s lives were transformed by God.

She then reached out to the CBN Asia Prayer Center for help finding a nearby church.

Soon, she was introduced to a Christian church where her faith began to grow deeper.

The 700 Club Asia is a big part of my life. It helped me learn about God and how to trust Him despite challenges,” Edeline shared.

On her path to transformation, Edeline ended her relationship with her partner. Later, she entered another relationship—but when she had a stroke, he walked away.

During those painful moments, Edeline’s faith in God grew stronger. Despite the heartbreak and setbacks, she continued to trust Him and to receive His forgiveness for all her past mistakes.

She cried out to God, “I admit all my mistakes. Please save me. I don’t want to stay in this situation.”

Have you ever experienced this, too?

There is hope in God!

Like Edeline, you can heal from the wounds of your past and move forward in life. Just keep reading His Word and surrender your life to Him.

From Living Together to Living for God

Precious Derige-Iñigo was only 12 years old when her mother died of cancer. The sudden loss shattered their family, drained their savings, and left her facing life’s challenges at a young age.

“It felt like walking on a dark, endless road,” Precious recalls.

In her early high school years, a close friend invited her to church. During the service, the song ‘Lord, I Offer My Life to You’ began to play, and she felt an overwhelming presence. She cried, knowing in her heart that it was the Lord meeting her where she was.

While she continued attending church, her life changed when she met Kevin.

He is a cheerful co-worker who made her feel comfortable and free to be herself. Over time, they grew closer, and during the pandemic, they decided to live together.

She knew it was against her values but chose to live in it. Marriage seemed out of reach despite their love for each other, and they carried on in that situation for almost a decade.

Her turning point came when a new friend invited her to join an online care group. There, she was introduced to the Tanglaw Devotional App.

One particular message on February 14, 2025, based on Isaiah 1:18, deeply struck her.

“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.” (Isaiah 1:18, NIV)

At that moment, Precious felt the Lord telling her, “Yes, you are accepted.”

This conviction stirred her heart to align her life with God’s will. In just one month, she and Kevin decided to get married, something they had been unable to do for years.

As they obeyed God, blessings began to overflow. They received provision for their wedding and, soon after, were granted the new home they had long prayed for.

Today, Precious lives with gratitude and purpose.

She desires to reach out to those in situations like hers. She hopes her story will encourage others to take that one step of obedience, trusting that the Lord will meet them with grace, provision, and lasting hope.

“God will send someone to help you, someone who will lead you to Him. So you will know you are not alone,” Precious said.

God’s Grace Can Turn Your Trials into Triumphs

Life often tests us when we least expect it––financial struggles, sudden job loss, loss of loved ones, or health battles.

Yet sometimes, it is in the breaking that God begins His greatest work!

If you’re struggling right now, let Grace Muco’s story inspire you to persevere in faith despite all the trials.

Grace Muco, a sari-sari store owner from Pampanga, started her small business with just Php 10,000 that she borrowed when her husband got sick.

Life was not easy for her. She had to raise her children while struggling financially and facing doubts from people around her. But Grace worked hard every day.

Her challenges didn’t stop there. She later suffered from a mild stroke, which left her physically weak. In that moment of desperation, she cried out to God for help.

“Lord, please help me carry my burdens because it’s too heavy to bear,” Grace desperately prayed.

Until one night, she came across The 700 Club Asia on television. She was touched by the real stories of people whose lives were changed by God.

Moved by what she heard, she started donating to the ministry. She even encouraged her son, Kuya Bro, to do the same.

“The first amount I gave was Php 500. Then, I encouraged my son to do the same,” she recalled.

When the pandemic hit, Grace stopped sending her donations but kept saving them in a container she labeled “The 700 Club Asia”. She continued setting aside her tithes and offerings faithfully.

Years later, while cleaning their home, Grace’s husband found two bags of money. Not long after, Kuya Bro discovered bundles of cash hidden in a cabinet—the tithes and offerings Grace saved during the pandemic.

When Kuya Bro posted a video of the discovery online, it went viral, which inspired many people.

“I thought, why not record it on video since it’s not something that happens normally,” he shared.

Today, the small sari-sari store that started with borrowed money has grown into a successful business. Grace and her family can now bless others beyond tithes and offerings.

“We cannot do this on our own. God know or heart’s desires, and apart from Him, we are nothing,” her son shared.

Are you going through trials right now?

Don’t worry, you are not standing alone. God is inviting you to lean on His grace, because His grace is enough, and it will meet you right where you are.

We are here to pray for you. Call the CBN Asia Prayer Center at 8737-0700 or send us a message on Facebook.

Can God Turn This Situation Around for My Good?

“Why am I going through this?”

Have you ever whispered this in the middle of your struggles?

For Imy Ege, motherhood was one of life’s sweetest gifts. Her daughter, Angel Destiny, was her answered prayer.

Everything was going well, until two separate doctor visits revealed she had lumps in her ovaries.

The only choice was surgery. And with it came a heartbreaking truth that she could no longer have another child.

“It was painful. But I told myself God must have a reason for giving me just one child,” Imy recalled.

Yet before she could even recover emotionally, another storm came. She was diagnosed with cancer.

The doctors advised six therapy sessions, but with their financial situation, she could only manage four.

“Lord, why do I have to suffer like this?” she asked God. Slowly, hopelessness and depression began to creep in.

Like Imy, have you ever come to a point where you ask God if He still sees you and knows what you’re going through?

Imy searched for answers, too.

Until one day, while watching Kata Inocencio share her testimony on The 700 Club Asia’s YouTube channel, something shifted in Imy’s heart.

“God is bigger than this cancer. This is just a sickness, but God is God.”

Those words stayed with her. She started praying more and trusting on God’s promises. She held on tightly to what God told King Hezekiah in the Bible:

“I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will heal you.” (2 Kings 20:5 NIV)

She believed God could do the same for her.

God did not disappoint. In November 2023, her prayers were answered. She was declared cancer-free!

For Imy, it was a display of God’s miracle, a proof that God can turn her situation around for good.

“Thank you, CBN Asia and The 700 Club Asia, for being God’s instrument to encourage me during those tough times. I’ve learned that I should depend on God and come to Him no matter what,” she shared.

Because of your generous support, Imy was able to watch The 700 Club Asia and be inspired by God’s Word.

Have You Ever Been a Victim of a Scam?

What if the very scam that broke you became the testimony that built you?

For Karla Reyes, that’s exactly what happened.

When the pandemic hit, life as Karla Reyes knew it was gone.

Their source of income was affected, and nights were filled with worry.

Then, one day, while scrolling through Facebook, she saw it—an investment scheme promising quick and huge returns. It sounded like the lifeline she’s been waiting for.

And at first, it was.

In just a month, she earned. She believed she finally found the answer.

Confident, Karla invested more. Even withdrew from her family’s insurance. She posted about it on social media, and her friends and relatives joined as well.

Six months later, her dream crumbled. The news flashed on her television screen, their office was being raided. It was all a scam.

Her money, a total of ₱ 1.3 million, was gone. Along with the savings of everyone she had encouraged to join.

Her phone wouldn’t stop buzzing—each message a painful reminder that she had unknowingly led her loved ones into the same trap.

The guilt was crushing, fear was overwhelming, and depression became real.

Have you ever felt like Karla? Tricked, hopeless, and carrying a burden you can’t put down?

Surrender it to God. With Him, it’s never too late to start again.

One night, while aimlessly flipping channels, Karla stumbled upon The 700 Club Asia.

Stories of God’s faithfulness filled the screen. A testimony of provision stirred something in her heart.

For the first time in months, she felt a spark of hope.

She looked at her online banking account—only ₱ 700 left. And still, she gave it to CBN Asia.

“Lord, this is all I have,” she whispered through tears. “Please help me. My family needs You.”

She kept watching the program. Each story strengthened her faith. She learned that giving—even in lack—is an act of trust.

A month later, God answered.

She met a couple who had also been victims of the same scam. Together, they started a small catering business—Contemporary Cuisine by Melangs.

It grew. Slowly at first, then steadily. Her hands, once trembling in fear, were now busy serving plates of food, joy, and hope.

The money she lost never came back. But it was replaced with something far greater—renewed faith, a mission to help others, and a hope that will never run out.

“Now, with every blessing I receive, I know the Lord is with me,” she says with a smile.

Karla’s story is proof that God can turn even the worst situations into something good.

If it feels like you’ve lost everything, and life itself has cheated you, lift your eyes to God. He is your ever-present help. He will never abandon you, and He can restore anything—no matter how broken or lost.
