CBN Asia is looking for Partner Service Representatives to join our dynamic inbound call center, ministry team. The main role of this *work-from-home position is to received calls from and minister to established and prospective CBN partners by praying for their concerns in a way that is rooted in sound biblical doctrine; sharing information and answering questions about CBN and its affiliate ministries; facilitating account status change requests; encouraging financial support, and executing outbound donor affirmation/appreciation as assigned.
The position is primarily work-from-home. Post-quarantine, successful applicants may be asked to come to the CBN Asia Makati office occasionally or as needed.
Job Qualifications / Preferred Skills:
- Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with others.
- Knowledge of the Bible and ability to say concise, scripture-based prayers.
- Ability to communicate professionally (oral and written), observing proper sentence structure, grammar, and spelling use.
- Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Windows-based operating system, web browser, and email program, with the ability to learn new software.
- Strong reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays occasionally or as needed.
- Experience with Call Center software a plus.
Work-from-Home Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed post-paid internet access with a minimum speed of 50MBPS.
- Distraction-free work environment or area at home.
- Personal mobile phone for communication.
Workplace Flexibility:
Full-time – 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM
