CBN Asia is looking for Partner Development Specialists to join our dynamic outbound call center ministry team. The responsibilities of this *work-from-home position include but are not limited to:

• Executing outbound calls that encourage support for fundraising and other projects intended to grow and/or sustain our partners and constituents;
• Ministering to established and prospective CBN partners by praying for their concerns in a way that is rooted in sound biblical doctrine, sharing information and answering questions about CBN and its affiliate ministries, facilitating account status change requests; and
• and taking inbound calls as assigned.

The position is primarily work-from-home. Post-quarantine, successful applicants may be asked to come to the CBN Asia Makati office occasionally or as needed.

Qualifications / Preferred Skills:

1. Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with others
2. Knowledge of the Bible and ability to say concise, scripture-based prayers
3. Ability to communicate professionally (oral and written), observing proper use of sentence structure, grammar, and spelling
4. Good computer skills including use of Windows-based operating system, web browser, and email program, with the ability to learn new software
5. Strong reading comprehension skills
6. Ability to work weekends and holidays occasionally or as needed
7. Experience with Call Center software a plus

Work-from-Home Requirements:

1. Reliable high-speed post-paid internet access with minimum speed of 25MBPS
2. Distraction-free work environment or area at home
3. Personal mobile phone for communication

Workplace Flexibility:

Full time – 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM
