Privacy Notice for Prayer Partners

Welcome to CBN Asia’s Family of Ministries.

CBN Asia Prayer Center is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected, and your personal information is properly handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173). This Privacy Notice describes how we manage your personal data, particularly in relation to your prayer request, referrals and inquiries.

DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESS

Unless you expressly indicate your desire to remain anonymous with your concern, we require minimum collection of personal information from you such as:

  1. Name
  2. Mobile Number
  3. Email Address
  4. Complete Address

Your personal telephone / mobile number and email address will be used to contact you if we are disconnected during your actual engagement with us on our various platforms. It can also be our sources to get in touch with you for follow up, prayer, ministry updates, and promotions. We will only ask for your complete address if there is a Church Referral request, Donation Inquiry, Thanksgiving Stories and other PC related ministry.

We may collect further information during the entire conversation. Aside to your shared story, we may probe for more details and ask some sensitive information such as:

  1. Age
  2. Civil Status
  3. Educational Attainment
  4. Occupation.

This will help us to fully understand your background and to assist you better if you have any inquiry.

HOW WE KEEP YOU INFORMATION SECURE

We regularly check and update our security measures to protect your personal information. Access to your information is limited to Prayer Center staff for the purpose of carrying out their official functions or duties.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

Typically, we retain this information for 5 years, but legal and regulatory obligations may require longer retention. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store it until deletion is possible.

You have the following rights under the Data Privacy Act:

  3. The right to object.
  4. The right to erasure or blocking.
  5. The right to damages.
  6. The right to file a complaint.
  7. The right to rectify.
