– Produce and coordinate social media marketing campaigns and content creation for Superbook and Digital Media properties across international markets
-Communicate with key social media staff at headquarters and in international offices about upcoming campaigns/strategies
– Coordinate with international offices to localize, develop and implement marketing campaigns including ad buys
-Repurpose and localize existing media assets and marketing materials
-Create and monitor social media calendars, workflows associated with each digital project.
-Create and monitor ads across platforms along with reporting analytics.
-Expands social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
-Work with international offices to report and review campaign results regularly and identify ways to optimize performance.
-Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
-Creates regular status/metrics report to highlight campaign performance.
-Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
-Coordinate and assist in all phases of any required marketing media production (conceptualizing, writing, pre-production, shooting, editing, postproduction, etc) ensuring that all deadlines are met.
-Encourage collaboration with other international offices by sharing organized and easily repurposed project files and media assets.
-Adapt to the ever-changing landscape of social media by studying the latest trends, programs, and software making an impact in the digital world.
Qualifications / Preferred Skills:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts or equivalent
-2-3 years of social media management experience
-Creative thinker with strong story-telling skills
-Strong working knowledge of media production.
-Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud production software.
–Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
-Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube
-Strong ability to strategize and implement creative marketing campaigns
-Ability to turn around multiple concepts in a variety of styles and to take creative direction/revisions as needed.
-Knowledge of emerging media trends
–Demonstrated experience creating and identifying quality social media content related to television, new media, or non-profits
-Good understanding of social media KPIs.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, HTML, Canva (or similar tool), and Asana (or similar tool)
-Strong English, editorial, and creative writing skills
-Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to multitask within a deadline-driven environment
-Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work independently as well as interface with other teams
-Ability to work some nights and weekends
