Job Description:

A reliable company driver to assist the company with all transport-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safely transport company management and/or staff as well as various products, donations, and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
  2. Keep the company vehicle clean both inside and outside and maintain proper maintenance by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
  3. Determine when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, and keep track of general maintenance schedules, especially car tire condition.
  4. Be responsible for the proper maintenance of the company vehicles such as regulating tire pressures and adding gasoline, oil, and water.
  5. Schedule annual vehicle examination and process renewal of registration of the company vehicles with the LTO.
  6. Keep track of timely car insurance renewals.
  7. Update monthly mileage records.
  8. Maintain logbook of each service vehicle daily.
  9. Accomplish and file accident reports when necessary.
  10. Assist the Administrative department with various errands and perform other duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Must possess valid driver’s license with restriction codes 1, 2, and 3 and with a clean driving record.
  2. At least 2 years of driving experience, including commercial driving experience and minor vehicle troubleshooting skills.
  3. Ability to read, understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Have effective communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with GPS systems, routing software, and roads/routes in Metro Manila and nearby provinces like Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan is required.
  5. Strong attention to detail.
  6. Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
  7. Willing to work extended hours. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  8. Have good moral character. Punctual and reliable. Can be trusted with confidential matters.
